The New Year is a time when folks try to course correct from decadent holiday celebrations. I've been one of the people in the gym for a few days in January and then returning to old habits. Or filling my refrigerator with healthier foods only to have those things wind up in the compost. So this year I'm focusing on boosting my diet and my family's diet with nourishing foods from farmers we know. More homemade almond milk and veggies from the farmers' market or our own garden in 2022. Good for us and good for the planet. Win-win.
