Healthy Gifting

I'm working on gifts for my staff at the elementary school where I work as a principal. I like to give gifts that are useful and they have to be affordable since I'm giving to over 70 staff members. This year I'm roasting up my family's almonds to give to my hardworking staff. Here are the recipes I'm using:


4 cups almonds, 1.5 tsp. salt, 1.5 tsp. crushed dried rosemary, and 2.5 tbsp. olive oil. Roast for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees, turning almonds halfway through.


Same as above but replace rosemary with granulated garlic.
