The Carmel variety has darker brown skin and elongated kernels with a rich hint of amaretto flavor making them a good choice for almond milk or butter. Well suited for roasting, the slightly wrinkled skin holds seasoning and flavors.
We ship in 5 lb. increments so if you want 10 lbs. order "2" and if you want 15 lbs. order "3", and so on.  (A 25 lb "full case" is offered as a different item)
